Axxela Limited has restated its commitment to efficient gas delivery, innovation, and customer satisfaction during its 2025 Annual Customer Appreciation Forum in Lagos.

Themed “Partnership. Possibilities. Progress,” the event brought together more than 200 commercial and industrial clients from across Nigeria and West Africa to celebrate collaboration and shared growth.

Group Chief Executive Officer Timothy Ononiwu stated that Axxela’s success is rooted in long-term partnerships that drive sustainable industrial and economic growth. He noted that the company had expanded its gas pipeline network, built virtual pipeline systems, and integrated power solutions to enhance energy access for industries.

Managing Director of Gas Distribution, Kehinde Alabi, highlighted key milestones, including the issuance of new gas distribution licences, pipeline expansion, the introduction of improved customer experience platforms, and nine million man-hours without a lost-time injury.

He said the achievements underscored Axxela’s focus on innovation, reliability, and safety in delivering sustainable energy solutions.

Customers, including UAC Foods CEO Oluyemi Oloyede and Tempo Paper Pack Deputy Managing Director Nasoss Sidirofagis, praised Axxela’s reliability, transparency, and technical support in helping industries transition to cleaner energy.

Axxela said the annual forum reaffirmed its commitment to powering industries, supporting business growth, and advancing Nigeria’s cleaner energy future.
