Adani Green Energy Limited has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Middle East Ltd, in the United Arab Emirates. The move strengthens the company’s international expansion strategy and enhances its footprint in the Middle Eastern renewable energy market.

Meanwhile, the newly established entity will focus on power generation through renewable energy sources. AGEL holds 100 per cent of AREMEL’s shareholding, thereby retaining full ownership and management control.

The company incorporated the subsidiary with an authorised capital of AED 10,000, and it paid the subscription amount in cash. According to an official regulatory filing signed by Company Secretary Pragnesh Darji, the incorporation did not require any additional governmental or regulatory approvals.

AGEL disclosed the development in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. It also aligned the announcement with the master circular guidelines issued in January 2026.

The company informed both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about the incorporation as part of its statutory disclosure obligations.

Headquartered at Adani Corporate House in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, AGEL continues to expand its renewable energy portfolio in India and overseas. The establishment of AREMEL signals the company’s intention to deepen its presence in global clean energy markets and contribute to sustainable power development across regions.
