- Funds were credited into private accounts
- The receivers were top ministry officials
The former Minister, Babatunde Fashola has responded to allegations of fraud committed under his watch. He allegedly approved the transfer of funds. The funds were paid into private accounts of Ministry officials. In his response, Fashola said the recipients of the transfers were not on the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS).
