The Board of the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) has approved $84.22 million in funding for Rwanda’s electricity sector projects. The projects will see the construction of medium voltage distribution lines, low voltage distribution networks, the upgrade, rehabilitation and extension of low voltage network, and the distribution of transformers to secondary cities with high load.
