Boston Residents Without Electricity After Nor’easter Storm

Several communities in Boston are without power supply following a storm that took out critical electricity infrastructure and left at least half a million people in Massachusetts without electricity.

Power crews have been working to restore electricity services in the state with extra work crew drafted in from Canada. Unfortunately, the power crews were only able to begin restoration works Wednesday night when winds went below 35miles per hour. The National Grid and power utility Eversources are working to respond to power outages.

Residents have been asked to be extra cautious on the roads and report any fallen trees to the appropriate authorities.
