- Engr Aliyu Tukur Tahir assumes office as the MD/CEO of NEMSA.
The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, has appointed Engr. Aliyu Tukur Tahir as the new Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA). Engr. Tahir was formerly GM/Head, Technical Standard and Inspectorate Services at the Agency prior to his appointment as the MD. The appointment, which takes effect from 31st December 2021 and runs for four years, may be renewed for one further term based on performance and per the Public Service Rules.
