African Energy Metals Inc. and GoviEx Uranium Inc. have announced their agreement to extend the outside date of the share purchase agreement announced on January 18, 2023, from March 15, 2023, to April 14, 2023. The extension provides additional time to obtain documents required to comply with the TSXV filing requirements, including updated technical reports.

African Energy Metals intends to acquire interests in additional concessions or relinquish concessions in the ordinary course of business.
