In her new role, Adighije has outlined her primary goal of enhancing energy efficiency across Nigeria, aligning with President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

During her handing-over ceremony in Abuja, the NDPHC MD emphasised her commitment to leveraging her experience to meet NDPHC’s mandate, which involves executing and managing the nation’s Independent Power Projects (IPPs). She expressed gratitude for the opportunity and assured her leadership would optimise the company’s performance.

Adighije’s vision is structured around three core pillars. The first is optimising asset performance to boost revenue potential and build financial strength. The second pillar involves enhancing organisational and operational efficiency through streamlined processes.

The third and most critical aspect, according to Adighije, is the effective use of technology and human capital to drive positive change within the organisation and among its stakeholders.
