Alerion has three solar PV plants currently under construction in Romania.

Through its Romanian subsidiary, Italian renewable energy company Alerion Clean Power has acquired three companies owning three PV plants currently under construction in Romania. The plants, when completed, will have a combined installed capacity of about 14.3MW. Construction of the three plants is expected to be complete in October.
Alerion had earlier signed a collaboration agreement with PV Project RO in February. The agreement anticipates the deployment of about 200MW of solar PV capacity in Romania by 2023.
In May, Alerion had earlier signed an agreement with Monsson Alma for the development of three new wind projects in Romania. The wind farms will have a cumulative capacity of 350MW.
