Axxela Integrated Power has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Evans Industries Limited, a leading Nigerian home and personal care product manufacturer, to provide reliable and cost-effective energy solutions.
Under the agreement, Axxela will deliver integrated power solutions to reduce energy costs, minimise downtime, and enhance operational efficiency, strengthening Evans Industries’ competitiveness in the Nigerian market.
At a signing ceremony in Lagos, Axxela Integrated Power Managing Director Olufisayo Duduyemi emphasised the strategic nature of the partnership. “This agreement goes beyond a contractual relationship. It marks the beginning of a collaboration built on trust and a shared commitment to delivering reliable energy solutions that create long-term value for Evans Industries,” Duduyemi said.
He added, “One of the biggest challenges facing industries in Nigeria is the lack of reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy. Many businesses self-generate power at high costs, affecting revenue, profitability, and growth. We see these challenges as opportunities to support the Federal Government’s efforts in harnessing natural gas and gas-to-power solutions.”
