Beeah Group, UAE, won two categories at the 11th International Finance Awards in Dubai. They won “Best Finance Department – Environmental Services” and “Best CFO – Waste Management & Sustainability”. Zouheir Sabra, Beeah’s finance head, gained acclaim for mobilising finances in waste and sustainable development. Khaled Al Huraimel, Beeah Group’s leader, acknowledged the team’s impact on finance and sustainability. Beeah’s global influence extends to projects like supporting waste management in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital (NAC).
The goal, chosen in 2020, is an 80 per cent waste detour rate in collaboration with the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD). This aligns with Egypt’s Vision 2030 goals for a 25 per cent increase in recycling rates.
