- Capital Energy secures funds for a 39MW wind project.

Renewable Energy developer Capital Energy has secured financing for its 39MW wind farm in Seville province, Spain. The company says that it secured €21 million ($24.6m) from Spanish bank Banco de Sabadell for a term of 18 years.
This is the second financing the bank has provided to Capital Energy this year, as it had provided funds for another wind farm earlier. The test funds will finance the construction of the Loma de Los Pinos wind farm in Lebrija.
Loma de Los Pinos wind farm will comprise seven GE turbines. The turbines will be delivered in Q4 2021, with operations expected to commence in H! 2022.
