- Receives order to supply its products for 468 MW of solar projects in Brazil
Arctech Solar Holding Co Ltd, a Chinese solar tracker manufacturer, has announced that it has gotten an order to supply its products for 468 MW of solar projects in Brazil. In addition, Brazilian company Mori Energia, the distributed generation (DG) unit of domestic power trading company Comerc Energia, has signed an agreement for 168 MW of Artech’s Skyline trackers to put together 59 solar DG plants.
In another transaction, Alexandria, a solar energy company, contracted Artech to supply 300 MW of its Skyline equipment. This order comes just after Artech delivered more than 100 MW solar trackers to Alexandria for an earlier portfolio.
Artech stated that it is looking to expand its business in the Latin American market with a target of 1 GW in Brazil alone.
