City Council Set to Review and Approve Electricity Aggregation Framework

The Grove City Council, Ohio, is set to review and approve the city’s electricity aggregation framework draft framework. As part of the review process, the City council will host two public hearings for the residents of Grove City. The residents will be offered the chance to give feedback on the proposed framework.

“We’re working right now with the consultant we’ve hired on finalizing the draft plan,” Law Director for Grove City Stephen Smith said.

The City has also selected Scioto Energy as the consultant for the electricity aggregation programme. Stephen Smith noted that the firm came highly recommended. “They came highly recommended, including from a former chairman of the (Public Utilities Commission of Ohio),” Smith said.

The electricity aggregation programme is a programme that will provide affordable electricity for residents and small businesses in Grove City.
