Energia Limited, a leading Nigerian independent energy company, has launched its graduate trainee programme. The initiative aims to accelerate the careers of young Nigerian professionals in the energy sector.
The programme gives graduates hands-on experience across key operational and business functions. Participants will receive mentorship and coaching from seasoned industry professionals. They will work in both field and office settings to understand Energia’s operations and the wider oil and gas value chain.
Oladimeji Bashorun, Energia’s Chief Operating Officer, said the programme reflects the company’s commitment to developing future industry leaders. “At Energia, we invest in Nigeria’s brightest minds. The programme is open to Nigerian graduates with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper (2:1) degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Business, or Finance. Graduates with a Second-Class Lower (2:2) degree must have a Master’s distinction. Applicants must have completed NYSC in 2023 or later.
