Dr. Adu Owusu Sarkodie an Economist, has raised alarm on the need for the government to ensure the sector’s problems are resolved. Dr. Sarkodie warned that it will take the country, three to five years to recover if the power problems are not given priority.
“This is an economy that is reviving. If we sit down as a country and allow this ‘dumsor’ or ‘semi-dumsor’ to crash the economy again, the effects will be so devastating that it will take between three and five years to recover” Sarkodie said.
