Grino Water Solutions is set to provide its solar-powered water treatment solution at Africa GreenTec AG off-grid sites. Africa GreenTec AG deploys containerised solar systems in rural areas across West Africa. This partnership will see the roll-out of the ImpactSites across more locations in West Africa. Africa GreenTec AG has already deployed its solutions in several villages across West Africa, including Sirakoro and Dalakana in Mali and Amaloul in Niger’s Tahoua Region.

The off-grid ImpactSites integrates electricity production with drinking water and internet access via WIFI. Africa GreenTec AG will commission Grino to provide its solar-powered water treatment solution. Grino has already installed 20 solar-powered water treatment systems at Africa GreenTec’s ImpactSites.
Grino also installs solar-powered desalination systems in coastal sites. The company recently installed one in Cape Coast, Ghana’s. The installation can produce 3,000 litres of potable water daily.
