Iberdrola seeks innovative solutions that will enable the deployment of solar-PV co-located with agriculture, horticulture, livestock, fish-farming or beekeeping, which improves sustainable land use. Solutions will allow agric sector activities and solar PV facilities to complement each other on the same parcel of land. Ideas and proposals must include solar PV combined with any land uses; Agriculture/Horticulture, Livestock, Fish farming, and Bee-keeping.

Selected proposals will develop a proof-of-concept in collaboration with PERSEO, Iberdrola’s innovation arm. Iberdrola could offer winners the opportunity to scale up the solution via commercial agreements.
The deadline for the submission of proposals is the 11th of June 2021.
