His resignation took effect on November 12, 2025. The Board appointed Dr Joyce Odiachi as Acting Managing Director, who will serve until a permanent MD/CEO joins. Dr Odiachi, Ph.D.; FIIN; FRMN, brings over twenty years of cross-functional experience in risk management, compliance, operations, relationship management, and corporate leadership.
