US solar energy and e-mobility infrastructure company iSun has announced that it has been awarded a $2 million initial contract to provide solar-powered charging stations for electric vehicles (EV) across the US.
iSun will provide the solar-powered facility to two of the main players in the municipal EV fleet and off-grid charging networks, the company said in a statement.
Under the contract, iSun will provide both grid-tied and off-grid solar powered EV charging stations. iSun will install these stations at National Forest trailheads and municipal fleet-charging sites.
