- This is in line with the implementation of the National Mass Metering program
- The distribution kicked off at Gaduwa Estate, Apo, Abuja
Under the National Mass Metering Program, the AEDC has begun the roll-out of smart metering within the FCT.
Speaking at the launch of the program, the CEO of AEDC Mr Ernest Mupwaya, confirmed the release of the funds from the Central Bank for the mass deployment of meters. He gave an assurance that the FG has deployed the necessary funding to see to the full implementation of the program.
