Modern Energy Management (MEM) has completed the construction of a 63MWp solar plant in the Philippines. Power producer AC Energy Corporation awarded the company the EPC contract. MEM was assisted in the job by local partner SIDCORE Consulting.
The power plant is situated on Luzon island and started producing energy in April. This plant raises AC Energy’s clean energy portfolio as the company targets 5GW by 2025. Half of this capacity is set to be deployed in the Philippines. In addition, MEM is currently constructing 250MWp of solar projects across Southeast Asia for AC Energy.
