  • The customer service week aimed to institute healthy competition among the staff to raise the status of service delivery.

The Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA) has always charged its workers to ensure prompt service delivery and safe power networks to consumers across the country. Therefore, the Managing Director of NEMSA, Tukur Aliyu, during the celebration of the agency’s customer service week, at the firm’s headquarters in Abuja themed “Celebrate Service,” charged the firm’s employees to remain focused while enforcing services that ensure safe power networks in Nigeria.

He said, “If you want to satisfy a customer, give him quality service and exceed his expectations. So I want to encourage you to remain focused on enforcing technical standards to guarantee the safety of lives and property in the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry.”

The Director-General of SERVICOM, Nnenna Akajemili, said the customer service week aimed to institute healthy competition among the staff to raise the status of service delivery. Aliyu added that the customer service week sought to boost the NEMSA team’s morale and appreciate those who received services from the electrical standards enforcement agency. He stated that this was an epoch-making event because the agency is celebrating it for the first time since the inauguration of SERVICOM in 2018.
