The Ambassador added that the Egyptian government has also decided to enter an MoU, which will provide the political framework that would enable collaboration. “On the basis of that, the invitation was extended to your predecessor on leading a high power delegation from the ministry of power to visit Egypt to discuss and examine the specific areas of collaboration that we addressed during the consultation”, Awad added. Awad also noted that as the world transitions to clean energy, both countries should also work together to share experience in solar energy generation.
