Kaduna Electric has announced an emergency power cut in some parts of Kaduna. In a tweet posted on its Twitter page, the power outage will allow the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) to carry out emergency maintenance on its transmission line. The outage will last from 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm.
”The emergency outage is to enable TCN team to amend glowing on the yellow phase clamp bolts at Mando Transmission Station”, the statement read.
TCN apologised for the inconvenience the outage might cause.
