The residents added that there would be no payment of electricity bills without providing meters to the residents.
The Chairman of Ajibode, Apete, Awotan, Araromi, Akufo Community Development Association, Engineer Rasak Fabayo, said, ”On behalf of residents of Apete, Awotan, Araromi Akufo, Laniba and Ajibode, we are launching this campaign. If any IBEDC official comes to your house to demand money, tell them that no meter, no payment,”
