- Omnes is funding CCE Holding through Capenergie 5, a company with a project pipeline exceeding 4 GW.
It was recently revealed that Paris-based private equity and infrastructure investor Omnes Capital is investing three-digit million dollars in acquiring “a major share” in an Austrian-German solar producer.
More precisely, Omnes is funding CCE Holding through Capenergie 5, a company with headquarters in Vienna and a project pipeline exceeding 4 GW, as well as assets in Chile and several European countries, including Italy and France, the Netherlands, Germany, and Romania.
In 2021, Clean Capital Energy and Enernovum joined together to become CCE, with the help of Aerzteversorgung Thueringen, the state medical association of Thuringia’s professional pension plan. With Omnes’ assistance, CCE will work to accelerate the process of becoming an independent power producer.
