The Rural Electrification Agency has announced a request for contractors to participate Pre-Qualification exercise for projects under the 2022 Appropriation Act. The Agency has made this call under three project categories Grid extension (A), solar street lights (C) and mini-grid (D). There are 68 grid extension projects, 102 solar street light projects and 10 mini-grid projects.
Interested Bidders are to collect the Standard Bid Documents from the Procurement Directorate, REA Corporate Headquarters, 22 Free Town Street, Wuse 2, Abuja, upon production of evidence of payment of the Nonrefundable Tender fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only per Lot. There is a total of 180 Lots.
Completed pre-qualification documents are to be dropped in the tamperproof “Tender Box” at the designated points within the Agency Corporate Headquarters, 22 Freetown Street, Wuse 2, Abuja, not later than Noon on Monday, 9th May 2022 for Category A and not later than Noon on Tuesday, 10th May 2022 for Categories C & D.
