Solar Energy services provider REDAVIA has deployed a 1.140MWp solar power project at Amponsah Efah Pharmaceuticals in the Ashanti region of Ghana. The system comprises ground-mounted and carport mounted solar arrays, with the former generating the majority of the solar power of 1087.2 kWp, while the carport generates 52.8 kWp.The project is REDAVIA’s largest C&I solar project to date.
Amponsah Efah Pharmaceuticals recently installed a new Heating, Ventilation, and Air-conditioning (HVAC) System, which tripled the facility’s energy needs and energy costs. The solar system helps the company to cut its energy costs while adhering to its environmental plan.
REDAVIA provides solar farms to businesses in sub-Saharan Africa and has deployed several projects in West and East Africa. The German company is committed to using solar energy as a key driver for sustainable development.
