- Sierra Leone signs TSA with TRANSCO CLSG
- The TRANSCO CLSG project is expected to be completed in January 2022
The Sierra Leone government has signed a Transmission Service Agreement (TSA) with the TRANSCO CLSG in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire. The agreement will ensure a stable supply of electricity to Sierra Leone.
Mohammed M. Sherif, the General Manager of TRANSCO CLSG, Mr James Rogers, Director General of the Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA ) Sierra Leone, signed the agreement on behalf of both agencies.
The TRANSCO CLSG is a multinational transmission line to interconnect the States of Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinéa (CLSG). The project is expected to be completed in January 2022.
