Tinubu Appoints New Leadership for NDPHC

President Bola Tinubu appointed a new management team for the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC), as announced by Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity.

Jennifer Adighije now serves as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Abdullahi Kassim takes on the role of Executive Director for Generation, while Bello Babayo Bello manages the Networks division as Executive Director. Emmanuel Umeoji oversees Corporate Services as Executive Director.

As executive director, Omololu Agoro leads Finance and Accounts, Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama handles Strategy and Commercial, and Barrister Steven Andzenge manages Legal Services.

Ms. Adighije, an experienced engineer with a background in private and public sectors, earned her master’s degree in Wireless Networks and Telecommunications from Queen Mary University of London and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos.

President Tinubu tasked the new team with advancing NDPHC’s mandate, focusing on effectively managing the National Integrated Power Projects (NIPP) and driving progress through their collective expertise.
