TSG Group Accelerates Clean Energy Push with Strategic Acquisitions in Europe

  • TSG Group acquired Leirivolt (Portugal) and Kronenburg Techniek (Netherlands) to expand its footprint in intelligent energy services.
  • The acquisitions strengthen TSG’s solar, EV charging, and electrical engineering capabilities across Europe.
  • Over the last three years, TSG has completed 36 acquisitions in 16 countries, with 55,000 EV chargers and 400 MW of solar already deployed.

TSG Group has acquired Leirivolt Lda in Portugal and Kronenburg Techniek B.V. in the Netherlands, expanding its reach in intelligent energy services across Europe.

The company, which delivers technical services for mobility infrastructure, completed five acquisitions in 2025 alone and 36 deals across 16 countries in the past three years.

Leirivolt, based in Leiria, Portugal, operates in photovoltaic systems, industrial electrical engineering, and EV charging solutions. The company has served B2B clients in the industrial and commercial sectors for over 20 years. IAPMEI recognised Leirivolt as SME Leader in 2022 and SME Excellence in 2021.

Kronenburg Techniek, headquartered in Houten, the Netherlands, focuses on installing electrical systems and fire safety technologies. The company maintains a strong footprint in the Netherlands and Belgium.

TSG adds the technical strengths of both firms to its growing portfolio. The group continues to expand its ability to deliver integrated services across key markets. TSG now covers more ground in Portugal, the Netherlands, and Belgium, using its growing presence to reach more clients and projects.

The company uses an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) model to drive its expansion. This model enables TSG to provide end-to-end energy solutions across solar, EV charging, energy storage, and thermal systems.

So far, TSG has installed 55,000 EV charging points across Europe and deployed over 400 MW of solar capacity in just one year. These numbers reflect the company’s aggressive push into clean energy.

TSG uses digital tools to streamline its operations. It focuses on intelligent energy management to boost efficiency and service quality. The company relies on 1,200 electricity experts who support its growth and maintenance operations across Europe.

“Leirivolt and Kronenburg Techniek bring strong local knowledge and valuable skills,” said Jean-Marc Bianchi, Chairman and CEO of TSG Group. “Their strengths align with our goals.”

TSG targets high-growth regions where demand for clean energy continues to rise. The company strengthens its position by acquiring skilled local firms and integrating them into its ecosystem.

By investing in renewable energy and innovative infrastructure, TSG reinforces its leadership in Europe’s energy transition. The group continues to expand its technology, workforce, and services to meet the evolving needs of industrial and commercial customers.

TSG plans to pursue more strategic acquisitions. The company focuses on long-term growth by building a solid, integrated European network.

With these latest acquisitions, TSG secures its role in shaping the future of energy and mobility infrastructure in Europe. The group continues to grow its presence, sharpen its services, and push the boundaries of clean and intelligent energy.
